Spanish Fork Office

Our office is in the old Spanish Fork Clinic, a two-story pale tan brick building. Please head to the back of the parking lot when you arrive and park near the ramp with the railing. Our business sign is on the glass next to the door up the handicap-accessible ramp. If the door is locked, ring the doorbell and the technician will let you in. Please take the elevator or stairs and we are located directly across from them on the second level in suite 207.
